Luisa Maggioni Stirling is a lawyer with a consolidated and more than thirteen-year experience in Dubai and the Middle East.
She is the founding partner of Ables & Partners and before that she worked for many years as legal manager for a multinational with offices in 60 countries around the world, as legal manager and Head of Legal for the offices in Dubai, Doha (Qatar) and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), gaining solid experience in construction and in particular in disputes related to the interpretation and application of construction contracts (FIDIC Contracts).
She has also worked for many years for one of the main semi-Government Developers in Dubai which has allowed her to develop a consolidated experience in the corporate field and in particular in the merger and acquisition between companies belonging to different jurisdictions, as well as experience in real estate and related arbitration disputes.
Luisa is an expert in International Arbitration and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, as well as a member of several international arbitration chambers, including Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC), Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC-LCIA), Swiss Arbitration Association ( ASA), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
She speaks Italian and English.
